All products can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date, under the following conditions:
- All items must be unused, and in the same condition they were received (must have tags, labels, original wrapping on racquet and paddle handle). Used items will not be accepted.
- If you purchase a racquet with a stringing request, the price of the string will not be refunded.
- If an item is defective, you might have to send it directly to the manufacturer to have them determine the cause of the defect (Racquet Point will let you know what to do if you think that your item is defective).
- Refunds usually process within 72 hours after receiving the returns.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business day after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
