How to Order Your Stringing Service or Racquet Repair

Step 1: Prepare Your Racquet

• Make sure your racquet doesn't have any cracks on the frame. We are unable to service racquets with frame cracks.
• Select your Type of Service from the options provided.
• Choose your options: Let us know if you want us to string your racquet. If you choose "Yes, string my racquet," then go ahead and select your string from the String Requested dropdown menu and specify the required tension in the "Tension Required" text box.

Step 2: Arrange Pickup

• Specify your preferred pickup and delivery times. This information can be added on the cart page, in the Special Instructions box. You may also email us your instructions or special requirements at info@racquetpoint.com. We strive to pick up your racquet within 2 business hours of your order. Our pickup and delivery hours are Monday through Friday between 8 am and 6 pm.
