The Wilson Rush Tour 5 is the most supportive shoe in Wilson's Rush tennis family. A Dual Axis Speed Carbon chassis and EndoFit midfoot support lock the foot over the platform through hard cuts and stops, while a new super foam midsole keeps the first step quick. It sits above the Rush Pro 5 and Rush Lite 5 in the range, and it comes in an all-court version and a clay-court version.

Below is every Rush Tour 5 colorway we carry at Racquet Point, all-court and clay, in men's US sizes 7 to 14. Wilson footwear ships free on orders over $75.

What makes the Rush Tour 5 different

Wilson built the Rush Tour 5 for players whose movement is hard on shoes: big lateral loads, sudden stops and fast recoveries. Each part of the shoe answers one of those demands.

Wilson Rush Tour 5 Dual Axis Speed Carbon chassis and EndoFit midfoot support

Speed with stability

The Dual Axis Speed Carbon chassis works with EndoFit midfoot support to anchor the foot during lateral pushes. You can cut and stop at full speed without the shoe rolling toward the edge of the platform.

Pop that lasts

A new super foam midsole fuels explosive first steps and quick recoveries. Drop-in construction, borrowed from the Intrigue Tour, sits the foot inside the midsole for a connected, locked-in feel, and the Gammaweave mesh upper stays breathable without giving up durability.

Wilson Rush Tour 5 Duralast outsole and 4D Flex Carbon

Built for the grind

4D Flex Carbon, which uses Wilson's FORTYFIVE racquet technology, supports aggressive multidirectional movement while reinforcing lateral stability. A Duralast high-abrasion rubber outsole gives all-court traction that holds up session after session.

Inside the Rush Tour 5

  • Gammaweave mesh upper: lightweight and breathable, reinforced for durability.
  • Super foam midsole: responsive cushioning for first-step acceleration.
  • Drop-in construction: the foot sits low in the midsole for a connected feel.
  • EndoFit midfoot support: wraps the arch so foot and shoe move as one.
  • Dual Axis Speed Carbon: the stability chassis under the midfoot.
  • Ceramic 5D and Duralast rubber: reinforcement on the outsole's heaviest wear zones.

Rush Tour 5 vs Rush Pro 5 vs Rush Lite 5

All three share Wilson's Rush fit. What separates them is how much structure sits under the foot and what the shoe weighs.

The short version

You play hard, move big and break down shoes. The Rush Tour 5. The carbon chassis gives you the most lateral hold in the Rush family, and the super foam keeps it from feeling dead.
You want Rush stability for less. The Rush Pro 5 weighs about the same and uses a TPU chassis instead of carbon, with a dual-density midsole. It is the volume pick for competitive club players.
Speed matters more than support. The Rush Lite 5 is about 70 g lighter, with a thinner upper and a speed plate rather than a full stability chassis.

All-court or clay?

The all-court Rush Tour 5 is the version for hard courts, and it is also fine on clay if you mix surfaces. The Rush Tour 5 Clay uses a clay-specific outsole built to slide and release on clay and Har-Tru, and a clay-focused upper. If most of your tennis is on clay, choose the clay version. If you play mostly on hard courts or switch between surfaces, choose all-court.

Fit and sizing

The drop-in construction is snug through the midfoot by design, which is part of what gives the Rush Tour 5 its locked-in feel. If you have a wide or high-volume foot, try the shoe on before a long session, or look at Wilson's roomier Rush Pro Ace instead. Sizes run US 7 to 12.5 in half sizes, plus 13 and 14, with exact availability shown on each colorway.
