How to Order Stringing Services:

1. Inspect Your Racquet: Ensure your racquet has no frame cracks, as we cannot service damaged frames.
2. Place Your Order: Submit your service order online. Choose your strings, select your desired tension, opt for replacement grip service if needed, and choose how you will ship your racquet to us from these 2 options:
   • Yes, Easy Shipping to Racquet Point Add-On ($30): For just $30, we’ll send you a durable box and a prepaid shipping label to ship your racquet to our Kettering, Ohio facility, plus free ground shipping when we return your serviced racquet! Save time and up to $10–$15 compared to shipping your own way.
   • No, I’ll Ship My Own Way: You’ll use your own box and preferred carrier, covering your own shipping costs.

   Return Shipping: Free ground shipping for your serviced racquet is included if you choose the Easy Shipping to Racquet Point Add-On or if your order total is over $50. Otherwise, return shipping is an additional fee (typically $9–$15, based on your location).

3. Pack Your Racquet: Securely package your racquet in a sturdy box with ample padding to prevent shipping damage. If you chose the Easy Shipping to Racquet Point Add-On, we’ll provide the box for you!
4. Ship Your Racquet: If you selected the Easy Shipping to Racquet Point Add-On, use the provided box and prepaid label to drop your racquet at the carrier’s location. If shipping your own way, send your racquet to our Kettering, Ohio facility using your preferred carrier. We’ll provide our shipping address once you place your order.
5. Fast Turnaround: Once we receive your racquet, we’ll service it with precision and ship it back within 2 business days.
