Description

The Soul Insole Customizable Soft Orthotic Insoles are full-length insoles built around a high-rebound polyurethane foam base and a moisture-wicking top layer — designed to cushion the foot while gently guiding it into proper alignment. What sets them apart is the included system of two stackable, self-adhesive Gel Ramps that let you customize arch, ball-of-foot, pronation, or supination support exactly where you need it.

Each pack includes two BASE full-length insoles (one left, one right) and two stackable Gel Ramps. They trim to fit any shoe and work for a wide range of foot conditions.

Key Features

  • Customizable Gel Ramp System: Two self-adhesive, stackable Gel Ramps can be positioned for arch support, ball-of-foot offloading, pronation correction, or supination correction — allowing targeted relief based on your specific foot mechanics.
  • High-Rebound Polyurethane Foam Base: Provides long-lasting cushioning and shock absorption underfoot, reducing impact on the ankle, knee, hip, and back during court play and daily wear.
  • Moisture-Wicking Mesh Top Layer: Pulls moisture away from the foot to reduce friction and help prevent blisters during extended activity.
  • Biomechanically Designed Shape: Gently guides the foot toward proper alignment without the rigidity of a hard orthotic — firm enough to provide structure, flexible enough to remain comfortable throughout play.
  • Roomy Toe Area: Unlike many insoles that compress the forefoot, these taper in the toe area to allow natural toe splay and freedom of movement.
  • Trim to Fit: Can be cut down to fit any shoe size or style — including court shoes, casual footwear, and sandals.
  • Broad Condition Relief: Designed to address plantar fasciitis, Morton's neuroma, metatarsalgia, heel pain, over-pronation, over-supination, arch pain, arthritis, fat pad atrophy, sesamoiditis, and related conditions.

Specifications

  • Includes: 2 BASE full-length insoles (1 left, 1 right), 2 stackable Gel Ramps
  • Top Layer: Moisture-wicking, blister-prevention mesh fabric
  • Bottom Layer: High-rebound polyurethane foam
  • Gel Ramp Thickness: 0.125in (3.2mm) each — stackable for additional height
  • Gel Ramp Adhesive: Self-sticking, regenerating after wash
  • Fit: Trim to fit
  • Compatibility: All shoe types

Who It's For

  • Players and active individuals managing plantar fasciitis, heel pain, metatarsalgia, Morton's neuroma, or arch pain who want a customizable insole rather than a fixed orthotic
  • Anyone who over-pronates or over-supinates and needs targeted ramp placement to correct foot position during court play or daily wear
  • Players who want full-length cushioning and shock absorption without the stiffness of a traditional hard orthotic
  • Those who need an insole that trims to fit across multiple shoe types and can be adjusted over time as their support needs change

How to Use

  • Trim the insoles to fit perfectly inside your existing shoes
  • Try the insoles on to assess feel and fit before adding Gel Ramps
  • If additional support is needed, position the included Gel Ramps based on your specific condition:
    • Arch support (plantar fasciitis, flat feet, fallen arches, high arches): Place the ramp in the arch region with the thicker side toward the inner edge, tapering toward the outside edge
    • Ball of foot (Morton's neuroma, metatarsalgia, fat pad atrophy, sesamoiditis): Place the ramp so the thickest part drops off just before the pain point to offload and suspend the metatarsal heads
    • Inner talus for over-pronation: Place the ramp near the heel on the inner edge of the shoe or insole, thicker edge inward
    • Outer heel for over-supination: Place the ramp near the heel on the outer edge of the shoe or insole, thicker edge outward and tapering toward the inside
  • Gel Ramps can also be placed on top of a removable liner, beneath a removable liner, or on top of another orthotic insole

Care Instructions

  • To clean the insoles, scrub with dish soap and water on a towel, or use a foot deodorizer spray
  • To wash the Gel Ramps, remove them from the insoles, rinse under cool water, and rub off any dust or debris — dish soap is optional; avoid soaps containing lotion
  • Air dry indoors away from direct sunlight — once dry, the Gel Ramp adhesive regenerates and they are ready to use again
  • Do not place in a dishwasher or dryer
  • Store Gel Ramps in a cool, dry place away from sunlight
