Because it fits one size smaller than a standard insole, you can add it to shoes that already have some existing support — no need to buy a larger size to fit a full orthotic.

Made from medical-grade memory gel, it's self-adhesive, washable, and reusable. Each pack includes one left and one right insole. Available in four sizes from Extra Small (child's) through Large.

How to Use

• Ensure your shoes are clean and free of debris, dust, or shoe powder
• Remove the plastic film to reveal the adhesive backing
• Place sticky side down inside your shoe wherever you need support

Care Instructions

• Remove insoles from shoes before washing
• Rinse under cool water and gently rub away debris — dish soap is optional; avoid soaps containing lotion
• Air dry indoors away from direct sunlight
• Once fully dry, the adhesive regenerates and the insoles are ready to use again
