Description
Rush Pro 5 Clay Men's Tennis Shoes
This is the clay-court version of Wilson's Rush Pro 5, in a titanium and snow white colorway from the 2026 Fall/Winter range. Clay models exist for one reason: the outsole is cut for a surface you slide on, so the shoe releases into the slide and finds grip at the end of it instead of catching the way a hard-court tread does.
The trade-off runs the other way as well. A clay outsole gives up rubber life on abrasive hard courts, so this is a shoe to keep for the surface it was made for rather than a single pair for everything. If you split your season between surfaces, buy it as your clay pair.
Key Features
- Clay-court model in the Rush Pro 5 line, so the fit and platform match the standard version while the outsole is surface-specific.
- Rubber outsole for traction on a loose top layer where grip has to arrive predictably at the end of a slide.
- Textile and synthetic upper balancing structure over the midfoot with weight low enough for constant repositioning.
- Textile lining through the interior for a consistent feel against the foot over long matches.
- Low-cut collar leaves the ankle free for the deep knee bend and slide clay play demands.
- Performance range positioning within Wilson's footwear line, which is the competitive rather than recreational tier.
- Full men's size run from US 7 through 14, including half sizes to 12.5.
Specifications
- Upper: Textile / synthetic
- Lining: Textile
- Outsole: Rubber
- Cut: Low
- Court surface: Clay
- Fit: Men's
- Sizes: US 7 to 12.5 in half sizes, plus 13 and 14
- Season: 2026 Fall/Winter
Who It's For
- Players on red or green clay who slide into shots and need the release and catch to be repeatable.
- Anyone who has tried a hard-court shoe on clay and found it either packed with grit or grabbed mid-slide.
- Players who already own a hard-court pair and want a dedicated surface shoe rather than a compromise.
- Competitive players in Wilson's performance tier who want the Rush Pro platform on dirt.
- Those who want a lighter-looking gray and white pair that will not show clay staining as obviously as pure white.
Why Buy This Shoe
Buy this if clay is where you actually play. On clay it will out-grip and out-behave a hard-court shoe by a clear margin; on hard court it will wear down quickly and is the wrong purchase. Players who are on hard court most weeks should take the standard Rush Pro 5 instead.
Against the other clay colorways in the line, titanium and snow white sits between the darker options and full white for hiding surface staining. Wilson supplied no product copy for this colorway, so the description above is limited to confirmed materials and construction.
